Representatives of the World Boxing Organization have scheduled a fight between Emanuel Navarrete, the world champion in the featherweight division, and Joet Gonzalez, the Number 2 ranked WBO. PBC is planning a massive boxing night in Texas. Jermell Charlo, the WBC, WBA Super and IBF world champion in the super welterweight division, will fight Brian Castagno, the WBO title holder. Errol Spence, the WBC and IBF welterweight champion, will fight Yordenis Ugas, the WBA Super title holder. The boxing night will take place on July 3 or 10 in one of the cities of the state of Texas. On June 18 in Montreal (Canada) the first championship fight in bridgerweight division will take place. The vacant WBC title will be contested between Oscar Rivas, Number 1 ranked WBC, and Bryant Jennings, Number 6 ranked WBC. On January 18, 2019, Rivas knocked out Jennings in the 12th round.

FEBRUARY 2021

Representatives of the International Boxing Federation sanctioned a fight in February 9th between 30-year-old Russian Evgeny Shvedenko 15(6)-0-0, Number 3 ranked in IBF in the super middleweight division, and 29-year-old boxer from Kazakhstan Aidos Yerbosynuly 15(10)-0-0, Number 5 ranked in IBF. The title of the IBF mandatory challenger in the super middleweight division will be at stake. The representatives of the boxers have 30 days to agree on the venue of the fight. If this does not happen, a promotional auction will be scheduled.


Maxim Vlasov has showed a positive test for coronavirus (COVID-19). His fight with Joe Smith, scheduled for February 13, has been postponed to a later date.
